About The Role
The Sales Support Specialist is a critical, front-facing role at Publishing.com that ensures our live group training sessions run smoothly and effectively. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Operations, you will attend small, live group sessions, provide real-time customer support, manage attendance, update CRM data, and handle scheduling and payment troubleshooting. Your work will directly impact attendee satisfaction and overall operational efficiency, with ample opportunities for growth within our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
- Assist the host on live group training sessions to ensure sessions run smoothly.
- Provide real-time customer support in a group setting during live sessions by troubleshooting checkout processes and addressing attendee inquiries.
- Assist with processing credit card payments live as needed.
- Maintain and update attendee and session data in our CRM systems.
- Manage appointment scheduling, re-scheduling, and session logistics using scheduling tools.
- Coordinate any follow-up communications and related session activities with the sales operations team.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks to enhance overall team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Provide 1 : 1 live customer support in a Zoom breakout room as needed
