About The Role

The Sales Support Specialist is a critical, front-facing role at Publishing.com that ensures our live group training sessions run smoothly and effectively. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Operations, you will attend small, live group sessions, provide real-time customer support, manage attendance, update CRM data, and handle scheduling and payment troubleshooting. Your work will directly impact attendee satisfaction and overall operational efficiency, with ample opportunities for growth within our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the host on live group training sessions to ensure sessions run smoothly.
  • Provide real-time customer support in a group setting during live sessions by troubleshooting checkout processes and addressing attendee inquiries.
  • Assist with processing credit card payments live as needed.
  • Maintain and update attendee and session data in our CRM systems.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, re-scheduling, and session logistics using scheduling tools.
  • Coordinate any follow-up communications and related session activities with the sales operations team.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks to enhance overall team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide 1 : 1 live customer support in a Zoom breakout room as needed

Results

  • Assist the host with delivering consistently seamless and well-organized live training sessions with high attendee satisfaction.
  • Maintain error-free CRM data to support reliable tracking and reporting.
  • Provide prompt and effective customer support during sessions, ensuring issues are resolved in real-time.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the sales team through timely and precise administrative support.
  • Tracked KPIs include attendance rates and overall conversion rates.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in customer support and / or sales operations.
  • Comfortable appearing on video and engaging with small groups in a live setting.
  • Intermediate proficiency with popular CRM systems
  • Intermediate proficiency with online scheduling tools
  • Expert proficiency in using Zoom and other video conferencing tools.
  • Must have a quiet, dedicated remote workspace to ensure a professional virtual presence.
  • Professional attire and presentation style, including being punctual for 100% of calls and meetings
  • Strong communication skills, high emotional intelligence (EQ), and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable with a strong customer-obsessed mindset.
  • Multiple schedule times are available. However, preference will be given to those with weekend and evening availability.
  • Expected Compensation

  • Salary : $40,000 / year base salary plus annual bonus.
  • OTE : $45,000 - $55,000 / year
