About the Role
Publishing.com'sOperations Team is looking for a detail-oriented Systems Integration Managerto support our growing organization. This is someone equal parts strategic and execution-oriented. They thrive by collaborating with leaders across multiple departments to build a strategy and roadmap for our core products (i.e. HubSpot, Kajabi, etc.). They understand the upstream and downstream impacts and enjoy diving into the weeds to execute the vision by building out workflows and automation. This role involves owning data architecture, integrations, automation workflows, data reporting, and system optimization across key systems including Hubspot, Kajabi, ClickUp, Asana, Sigma etc. You'll report to the Director of Business Operations in this key systems role; collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our tech stack operates efficiently and aligns with company goals.

Responsibilities
- CRM administration : Oversee and manage all aspects of HubSpot, including email marketing, CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub modules.
- CMS : Own our Kajabi LMS's integration across all other tools, ensuring a strong student and team experience and gleaning key data and insights from the tool's use.
- Systems Integration : Develop and maintain integrations between HubSpot and other platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Project Management Software : Own Click-Up integrations, workflows and processes.
- Workflow Automation : Design, implement, and optimize workflows and automation to increase efficiency and improve user experience.
- Reporting and Analytics : Leverage Sigma to build and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to provide real-time insights and support data-driven decisions.
- Content Management : Update and maintain knowledge articles, training materials, and user documentation within HubSpot as needed.
- Product Collaboration : Collaborate with the Product and Customer Success teams to align HubSpot processes with company initiatives and gather user feedback for continuous improvements.
- Training and Support : Provide guidance and training to end users, promoting best practices and new features to enhance productivity.
- Certification Maintenance : Stay current on HubSpot certifications, including Marketing, Sales, CMS, and Reporting, to maximize the platform's potential.
