Branch Manager
The key purpose of this position is to lead a team of associates in providing exceptional member service while meeting the strategic objectives of the credit union. This includes the oversight of day-to-day operations, sales and service initiatives, and associate development.
What you will do…
- Ensure exceptional service delivery by holding associates accountable for attracting, retaining, and strengthening member relationships by offering products and services that best align with the members' needs.
- Effectively hire and manage branch staff, with a strong focus on the growth and development of associates through consistent and positive coaching.
- Track and measure team performance to ensure the corporate, branch, and individual goals and expectations are achieved.
- Oversight and management of all day-to-day branch operations to include regulatory compliance.
- Identify and implement processes to improve business functions to enhance the member and associate experience.
- Effectively use available resources to maintain operational equipment and address facility issues as they arise.
What you need…
- Ability and willingness to quickly adjust to new situations, circumstances and environments.
- Ability to make decisions in the best interest of the member and organization based on research, collaboration, and previous experience.
- Ability to manage the people, process and technology needed to adapt to change.

- Ability to consistently focus on existing processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.

- Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to effectively communicate information and ideas
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
