- In-training pay is $19.48 per hour, with training varying from 14 to 120 days based on individual productivity, safety, and quality of work. After training, compensation varies by output, with a standard base pay rate of $24.35 per hour. Top performers can exceed $30 per hour.
- Night differential: A $.75 per hour night differential is paid for associates working hours between midnight and 3:00 a.m.
- Weekend premium pay: $2 per hour weekend premium pay for hours worked between 12:00 a.m. Saturday through 11:59 p.m. Sunday
