Responsibilities:
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand business problems and capture requirements
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to document business and system requirements (i.e., security, capacity, regulatory, scalability, reliability, recovery, and audit), user stories, and refine product backlog for complex technology solutions under less specific guidance; ensure work performed is in line with business strategy
- Continuously monitor development team activities, schedule, and risks. Collaborate with teams to remove bottlenecks and impediments, execute schedules, and refine sprint backlogs
- Collaborate with quality assurance team to ensure high quality deliverables
- Build project and implementation plans and coordinate team implementation activities
- Plan, capture, and monitor key performance indicators and other metrics to evaluate success of efforts
- Communicating effectively with all stakeholders including team members, technology resources, business areas and management
- Serving as an application expert on assigned applications
- Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Business, or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in business systems analysis including identifying business processes and supporting process improvements
- 3 years of experience analyzing problems and translating into solutions
- 2 years of experience working directly with stakeholders and business users
- 5 years business experience planning, organizing, and managing all activities associated with delivering solutions in a large-scale distributed environment
- Experience planning, organizing, and managing projects and projects teams
- Knowledge of Retail systems
- Experience using SQL to retrieve and manipulate data
- Experience managing vendor relationships
- Knowledge of infrastructure and systems concepts
- Experience with project and problem management, change management, and systems development processes
