Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phones using a courteous tone and route calls appropriately.
- Sort and distribute mail, reply to general information requests with accurate information.
- Assist the Office Manager with proper documentation and accuracy of student attendance.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including faxing, copying, and typing correspondence letters.
- Make phone calls to parents, collect lunch counts, and distribute flyers.
- Supervise during lunch and recess, following school policies and procedures.
