Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, particularly in areas such as applied math, blueprint reading, hand/power tools, framing, safety and carpentry. This role involves developing and delivering engaging curriculum to adult learners, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their respective fields. The Instructor will foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive curriculum and instructional materials for various construction subjects.
- Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on training sessions to adult learners in a classroom setting.
- Assess student performance through practical evaluations and examinations.
- Provide individualized support to students to enhance their learning experience.
- Maintain an organized classroom environment that promotes safety and effective learning.
