Annual salary is $55,734 or higher depending on experience.

In accordance with Colorado Revised Statutes 24-50-135, this position has been exempted from the State Personnel System.
Job Duties
Essential Functions
- Manages the daily operations of the Durango PCC site to include oversight of the location, customer service, and student and academic advising, and support services.
- Collaborates closely with the Regional Student and Academic Services Directors, and the student and academic leadership from the Pueblo campus to implement student support services and address site needs.
- Monitors site operations, acts as a resource for both external and internal customers, and handles operational needs and troubleshooting.
- Works with other personnel to create communications that market PCC to the region.
- Leads the implementation of in-person and virtual student advising services at the Durango site in collaboration with Student Success personnel.
- Oversees the delivery of student services, including advising prospective, transfer, and current students, assisting with financial aid, registration, and application processing.
- Works closely with the Regional Director of Student Success, Executive Dean, and Student Services to ensure consistent, available, and effective services at the Durango site and in conjunction with other PCC sites and campuses.
- Implements the academic delivery of programs and courses at the Durango site, including on-site and distance courses.
- Ensures technology is functioning properly, courses are operating as expected, rooms are functional, and faculty and instructors are available according to the course schedule.
- Coordinates technology needs by monitoring the functionality of academic delivery systems and virtual student services programs.
- Collaborates with IT staff to troubleshoot technology issues and assist students and faculty with concerns.
- Takes a lead role in maintaining open and functional classrooms, ensuring scheduled personnel are present, technology is operational, and the site is secure.
- Monitors classroom activity for technology-driven courses when instructors or other personnel are unavailable.

Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- Associate’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution.
Experience:
- Two years supporting an academic-related institution that included managing operations, personnel, partnerships, and academic programs.
- Experience working in a student service or advising capacity.
Special knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Knowledge of current laws and best practices related to FERPA, ADA, Title IX, and other application regulations.
- Knowledge of best practices in advising, career paths, student leadership and code of conduct.
