Job Responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and available incentives.
- Close deals and manage the sales process from start to finish.
- Work closely with project managers and installation teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Stay up to date with solar industry trends, financing options, and rebate programs.
Qualifications
- 1 years of sales experience (solar sales preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to customers.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Basic electrical or solar knowledge is a plus.
- Comfortable with CRM software and virtual presentations.
