Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist to help residents regain independence in daily activities.
- Guide residents through therapeutic exercises and activities to improve strength, coordination, and functional skills.
- Observe and report residents’ progress and responses to therapy, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with the care team to support personalized, goal-oriented rehabilitation for each resident.
Qualifications
- Licensed COTA in the state of Colorado
- Support offered in transferring of license.
- This position is open to PTs at all experience levels.
