Social Services Assistant
Location: Pueblo, CO
Pay: $19-$22

What You’ll Do:
- Support the Social Services Director in addressing residents' psychosocial needs.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and families during transitions.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and the development of care plans.
- Monitor residents’ emotional well-being and document any changes.
- Facilitate resident engagement through activities and community connections.
- Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with facility standards.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience in social work or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, families, and the care team.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
