What are the responsibilities and job description for the Beverage server position at Pueblo of Pojoaque?
Provides beverages and hospitality to casino guests
- Circulates beverage cart around assigned area, takes orders, and serves drinks to customers
- Dispenses drinks to customers from beverage bar
- Keeps beverage cart and bar area clean and neat
- Stocks all necessary items for next shift
- May be required to work in other areas of Food & Beverage as needed Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Good verbal communication and customer relation skills
- Ability to handle a variety of customer requests and personalities
- Must be people oriented and courteous
- High School Diploma or GED
- No experience necessary; Willing to train Casino setting; Shift work; Required to work weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Standing/Walking, 100% for up to 4 hours at a time
- Lifting up to 35 lbs.
- Balancing trays, pushing beverage cart
- Exposure to cigarette smoke and noise
- Must follow safety precautions and requirements
