Position : Food Service Nutrition Assistant
Location : Vineland Middle School
Work Year : 151 Days, 3.5 hours per day
Salary Range : $15.00- 42.34 hourly ($15.00-22.74 hourly for external candidates based on experience and education)
Start Date : August 8, 2024 for 2024 / 25 School Year
FLSA Classification : Non- Exempt
Job Summary :
The overall objective is to operate a smooth and productive Nutritional Service Department, which serves the students attractive and nutritious meals in an atmosphere of efficiency, cleanliness and warmth.

Qualifications : Required :
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred :
AA, BA, Food Service Safety certification
Experience :
2 years or more experience in quantity cooking and food preparation and one year on the job training as an assistant manager / kitchen leader unless experience and job would warrant assignment.
Condition of Employment : Applicants must be willing to participate in District No. 70 Payroll Direct Deposit Program. All hires will complete a background check.
