Pueblo Toyota is a rapidly growing automotive retailer and service center that is looking to hire a Business Development Representative to join our Business Development Center (BDC).
BDC Representative Qualifications:
· Confident, pleasant and professional phone voice
· Possess time management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· High school diploma or GED equivalent
· Clean background check
BDC Representative Responsibilities:
· Set appointments for service and sales
· Answer phone calls as received
· Listen to customer needs
· Check email frequently
· Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude
· Scan repair orders
· Other duties as assigned
