Description:
Pueblo Vida Brewing Company is looking for a highly motivated individual to work in our downtown Tucson taproom. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule, and be able to work nights and weekends. Knowledge of the beer industry and a passion to continue beer education is essential. Selected candidates must pass a pre-employment background check, have a current Title 4 Certification, and complete the Certified Cicerone Beer Server program within 90 days of hiring. Responsibilities:
-Pouring beer & engaging customers with friendly & immediate service
-Maintaining cleanliness in the taproom
-Executing taproom sales through our P.O.S. system (Square)
-Ensuring an optimal taproom experience for all customers
-Opening & closing the taproom according to Pueblo Vida’s SOPs
-Restocking beer (kegs, cases, etc.)
-Selling & restocking merchandise
-Keep control of safe, money, and drawers
Job Requirements:
-Ability to team-lift 55 Pounds Regularly & 165 Pounds Occasionally
-Understanding of Pueblo Vida’s Safety Standards
-Detail Oriented
-Excellent Communication, Time Management & Troubleshooting Skills
-Flexibility in Both Schedule & Duties
-Ability to Work Approximately 35-40 hours on both weekends and evenings
-Commitment to The Continual Improvement of Our Beer and taproom Operations
