What You’ll Do:
HVAC Mastery: Leverage over 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience, along with specialized chiller training, to service a wide range of systems—from 1-ton mini-splits to 50-ton package units.
Chiller Expertise: Handle everything from diagnostics to complete teardowns and rebuilds on sophisticated chiller plants. You'll work with industry-leading brands like McQuay and Daikin, showcasing your expertise in compressor, motor, and starter issues.
Boiler Proficiency: Conduct combustion analysis, troubleshoot water and airflow problems, and ensure boilers operate at peak performance.
Advanced Troubleshooting: Tackle VFDs, control issues, and complex components such as Turborcor and Centrifugal compressors.
Precision in Control Valves and Heat Exchangers: Diagnose and resolve performance issues, perform teardowns, and maintain top-notch efficiency.
Customer Engagement: Be the face of Pueblo Mechanical on-site, providing clear communication and follow-up training to clients, while also identifying opportunities to expand our service offerings
What You Bring:
At least two certifications in chiller plant repair (e.g., McQuay, Daikin) and proven capability in chiller plant teardowns and rebuilds.
Strong blueprint and wiring diagram reading skills, with a knack for precision and detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a valid driver's license.
Ability to pass a pre-hire drug screening and obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
