The focus of the HVAC Service Account Representative is to create and maintain strong lasting relationships with our clients statewide in the directed markets. With strong relationships from existing clients, and prospecting for new business, our Account Representatives are tasked with developing and selling preventative maintenance agreements and HVAC services within the broad range of Pueblo Mechanical and Controls market deliverables

With strong relationships from existing clients, and prospecting for new business, our Account Representatives are tasked with developing and selling preventative maintenance agreements and HVAC services within the broad range of Pueblo Mechanical and Controls market deliverables
- In an assigned territory, partner closely with service team and our technicians to grow Pueblo Service Agreement business
- Meet sales goals through the development of existing customers and prospecting new business
- Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on territory and markets within
- Gain clear understanding of customers’ needs and requirements.
- With assistance from service support team, prepare cost estimates and price quotations on new work,
- Prepare professional proposal for customer
- Develop pipeline of future sales opportunities
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a customer to securing a deal.
- Engage in a team selling environment that utilizes internal and external subject matter experts to provide unique and value driven solution to our customers.
- Operate as lead point of contact for assigned customers.
- Present products and services to existing and future customers.
- Negotiate terms of service agreements and closing of sales.
- Ensure timely delivery of proposals to customers.
- Maintains high level of knowledge in the HVAC industry.
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers dedication.
- Attend internal and external conferences, training, meetings, and industry events.
- Engage in Pueblo Mechanical sales training to enhance their sales processes
- Develop, present, and maintain Account Management plans for key customers.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and sales activity information in the company CRM and other tools.
- Maintain highest customer service with external and internal customers.
Must have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to travel territory daily
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- HVAC industry experience
- 5 years business to business sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Technical/Industrial or bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience creating sales proposals, quotes, and reviewing contracts
- Commercial HVAC industry experience
- HVAC service sales experience
- Salesforce or other sales tracking software knowledge
- No direct reports will be assigned in this position but managing internal relationships and team building is key.
- This job operates in a professional office environment, on our customer’s job sites and remotely.
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, tablets, estimating and CRM systems.
- This is a full-time position, and regular hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.; however, this position can regularly require long hours and frequent weekend work.
- Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Salary : $65,000 - $150,000
