- Ensure that the Customer Service Index (CSI) rating meets the expectations set by the dealership service manager
- Guide customers through the complete service experience, from the service drive to vehicle handover
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and deliver accurate service estimates
- Provide education to customers on the importance of vehicle care and maintenance following manufacturer guidelines
- Clearly communicate repair and maintenance timelines to customers
- Keep customers updated on any changes in estimates or pick-up times through progress calls or emails
- Accurately record repair and maintenance updates on approved repair orders
- Effectively address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Build strong, positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Collaborate with managers to achieve daily performance metrics
- Maintain consistent penetration levels for both Customer Pay (CP) and Warranty services Qualifications :
- Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least six months of work / training experience in the automotive industry or closely related field
- Knowledgeable about newer vehicle technologies
- Outstanding customer service abilities
- Analytical and adept at multitasking
- Work independently and with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and team-oriented
- Remarkable written and verbal communication skills
- Substantial and consistent work record
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Professional attitude and behavior
