We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us continue to exceed customer expectations.
Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Your role will be crucial in ensuring customers have a positive experience with our brand. Additionally, you will help, as needed with inventory control, packing, and shipping orders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interactions: Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns, provide information, and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining a positive attitude.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
- Order Processing: Assist with inventory control, ensuring stock levels are accurate and up to date.
- Packing and Shipping: Help prepare and ship customer orders with care, ensuring timely delivery.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with general office duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry and small business setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Experience with inventory control and order fulfillment is a plus but not required.

- This is a full-time, onsite position.
