Job Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will assist customers in selecting cannabis products, provide information on strains, usage, and dosage, and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products based on their needs
- Provide information on various strains, potency, and effects
- Maintain knowledge of current cannabis products available
- Ensure compliance with state laws and regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Keep the store clean and organized
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is not necessary but is preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods
- Strong communication skills to interact with a diverse customer base
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Organizational skills to maintain inventory and keep the store tidy
Skills:
- Familiar With our point of sale system is a plus (We use GrowFlow)
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficiency in retail math for sales transactions
- Experience in sales or customer service roles
- Cash handling experience is beneficial
- Knowledge of technology or electronics sales is advantageous
