Responsibilities:
- Drive retail revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and developing strategic partnerships with key brick-and-mortar retailers.
- Build and nurture relationships with retail partners, serving as their dedicated point of contact and ensuring exceptional partner satisfaction.
- Create and execute data-driven sales strategies to achieve ambitious retail expansion targets.
- Lead contract negotiations with retail partners, structuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive long-term growth.
- Collaborate with our marketing and product development teams to develop tailored retail solutions that showcase Puffy's unique value proposition.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the retail sector.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and expanding retail presence for consumer brands.
- Expert relationship builder with outstanding negotiation skills and a consultative sales approach.
- Excellence in project management with proven ability to handle multiple retail partnerships simultaneously.
