We are looking to add an experienced and caring Clinical Manager for Home Health to oversee our South King County division.

A few of the Essential Duties of this role:
- Ensures agency compliance with all state/federal home health/hospice laws & regulations
- Reviews all incoming referrals for appropriateness & manages approvals & assignments
- Reviews patient charts for medical diagnoses, procedures, medications, & clinical course
- Assists the DCS with planning, implementing & evaluating in-services & CEU programs
- Assists with interviewing, hiring, training, & mentoring organization personnel
- Participates in QAPI, OASIS review, and coding workflow
- **Due to a new division, there would be some requirements for direct patient care/on-call participation, as needed.
What do we require of our Director of Clinical Services (RN)?
- A minimum of 2 years of home health or hospice experience
- Preference for those that have at least 1 year of home health and/or hospice management experience, but not required
- A BSN degree is preferred, but not required
- Current BLS certification
- Current Washington state license (or before your first day of work)
- Experience with Home Care Home Base preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of home health and hospice regulations, including Medicare COPs, PDGM, VBP
- OASIS Certification is preferred, but not required
- Licensed and insured driver with reliable transportation
