- Provide care in patients' homes using a wide range of nursing skills
- Completing anywhere from 2-5 visits per day based on on-call visit needs
- Complete initial admissions visits with comprehensive assessments
- Develop care plans under primary care providers' orders
- Provide direct patient care per the plan of care and scope of practice
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Home Health agency experience required or the ability to train full-time for an extended period to gain the knowledge and experience needed
- Current BLS certification from AHA
- Licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order
