Job Description:
As an Inside Sales Representative at PSI, you will support our sales team and help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle inquiries or issues.
- Support the sales team by handling administrative tasks and preparing sales materials.
- Actively participate in training programs, including Motorola-provided courses.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet those needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments, offering help where needed to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct local travel to visit customers, deliver products, and pick up items as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (with strong academic performance).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, take direction, and build rapport with customers.
- Eager to learn and grow professionally within the company.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to collaborate with others and provide support across different teams when needed.
- Ability to commute to Orting, WA, and travel locally for customer visits.
