About the Position
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales and Relationship Manager, where you will work closely with our Account Executive to optimize sales and cultivate strong relationships within key business partners.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Key Account Managers, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and Sales Operations to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Retailers, Brand Ambassadors, and other key stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
We're Looking for Someone with
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales experience.
- 3 years of sales experience, ideally in luxury beauty, or fragrance.
- Passion for fragrance and makeup.
- Familiarity with your territory, retailers, and key business players.
- A proven record of exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks like a pro, including in-store events and training.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint and Excel).
- Strong people skills and emotional intelligence.
- Self-motivated, independent, and goal-oriented.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel with region 60% of the time.
