- Training and Development: Collaborate with the education team to design and deliver training programs that support business goals and enhance the skills of Beauty Advisors and Makeup Artists.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers, brand ambassadors, and other stakeholders to drive business success and ensure target achievement.

Compensation
The expected base salary for this position ranges between $95,000-105,000 annually, depending on relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and organizational structure.
