About the Role

This Senior Account Development Manager position presents a rare opportunity to join a leading luxury brand and contribute to its continued success. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with retailers and customers, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives, leveraging consumer insights and market research to inform decision-making.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with the education team to design and deliver training programs that support business goals and enhance the skills of Beauty Advisors and Makeup Artists.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers, brand ambassadors, and other stakeholders to drive business success and ensure target achievement.

About You

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record of sales success in luxury markets. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

The expected base salary for this position ranges between $95,000-105,000 annually, depending on relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and organizational structure.
