What are the responsibilities and job description for the E-Retail Coordinator, Prestige position at Puig?
The Opportunity:
Drive Puig's Prestige digital acceleration strategy and execution to achieve yearly e-retail sales plans. This role encompasses executing best-in-class PDP, analyzing sales performance by retailer and by brand, conducting competitive analyses to derive insights, supporting the development of strategic brand plans, and building strong relationships with retail partners and internal stakeholders. Current prestige brands for this role include Carolina Herrera, Rabanne and Jean Paul Gaultier.
What you’ll get to do:
Drive E-retail business performance with robust digital execution:
- Execute best-in-class execution for all new launches and core product assortment on all retail.com channels, inclusive of SEO-optimized copy, conversion-driving alt imagery and videos, and develop enhanced content below the fold
- Support ratings and review campaign planning and execution for both new launches and core products
- Assist with execution of GWPs and sample programming (execute local bundles, digital asset creation and delivery, etc.)
- Work with local design to secure and develop necessary assets based on business needs and competitive landscape
- Ensure product copy is customer friendly and optimized for the US market
- Conduct a seasonal asset audit of retailers and brands to ensure product excellence and most up to date assets
Build business acumen to identify key business drivers and create action plans:
- Assist with sales reporting and analyses; support monthly market report to share with US management and global teams
- Manage detailed Side by Side, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of updates. Conduct ongoing competitive monitoring and sales analyses, resulting in recommendations to improve business performance

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing (preferred)
- Strong verbal communication skills with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Creative problem solver with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects effectively
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Positive attitude with a high level of maturity and professional presence
- Organized, results-oriented, and demonstrate strong project management skills
Compensation:
As required by New York State’s salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $65,000- $70,000 annually. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
