What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Lifestyle Brands Intern | Latam Distributors position at Puig?
In Latam Distributors, we oversee 15 countries in Latin America. The focus of our organization is to support our distributors in these markets to achieve the annual goals.
Our GO Internship will allow you to have an immersive experience in the marketing department of the company, where you will have a mentor who will accompany you and guide you in different challenges and projects, offering the opportunity to develop your analytical and critical thinking abilities, always oriented to positive results. You will be immersed in a competitive and challenging multicultural environment.
The Marketing Intern for Lifestyle Brands will support the execution of the marketing plans in these countries in Latin America. This role collaborates with the Brand Manager to implement the regional Marketing Plan to achieve the Budgeted Objectives. This role will work closely with cross functional teams such as commercial and omnichannel within the business unit, as well as external distributors.
What you'll get to do
Collaborate to execute Marketing plan for Lifestyle brands:
- Collaborate to execute ATL & BTL plan and 360 plan for launches for Lifestyle brands.
- Follow up launch calendar, availability date and delay control.
- Analyze and collaborate in changes in pricing strategy by brand/region.
- Support market data analysis, competitors, and market trends.
- Run brand/region analysis (monthly/bimonthly/ad hoc/brand review/business review)
- Share best practices with distributors and unify learnings.
Follow up Influencers seeding calendar for Prestige & Lifestyle brands:
- Help distributors to manage and execute influencers seeding campaigns in the region.
- Identify influencers and approve profiles with Brand Manager, distributors and HQ teams.
- Collaborate in Briefs for influencers content.
- Tracking and analyzing data and results to ensure campaign strategy and goals were successfully execute.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- Ongoing education on Marketing or Business Administration.
- Ability on data/numerical information analysis.
- Excellent command of Spanish and English is required.
- Able to build strong relationships with team members and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Drive for results. Organization, time management and priority setting skills.
- Analytical skills to assess situations, identify opportunities and propose solutions.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to prepare reports and presentations.
