Senior Education Manager, Niche

The Opportunity :

Puig is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Education Manager to lead our education team and oversee the development of innovative events and training programs for our Niche brands : Christian Louboutin Beauty, Penhaligon’s, L’Artisan Parfumeur, and Dries Van Noten. This role requires a dynamic leader who excels at designing and delivering best-in-class educational experiences while fostering collaboration across departments. Reporting to senior leadership, the Senior Education Manager will drive strategic initiatives, ensure alignment with brand standards, and elevate Puig’s reputation for service excellence.

What you’ll get to do :

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Niche education team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
• Collaborate with global brand partners to align brand standards with regionally relevant best practices including
• Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure alignment and seamless execution of education programs, events, and strategies
• Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires to ensure rapid integration and alignment with brand values
• Partner with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute innovative event strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Oversee budget forecasting, management, and allocation for educational initiatives, ensuring optimal use of resources
• Design and deliver educational programs that uphold Puig’s highest standards of service excellence and brand integrity
• Plan and execute seminars and events, ensuring consistent cadence and effectiveness in achieving educational objectives
• Evaluate the impact and success of educational programs, utilizing feedback and analytics to drive continuous improvement
• Provide professional development and training opportunities to support the growth and expertise of the education team
• Stay informed on industry trends, innovations, and best practices in education and luxury brand training

Compensation :

As required by New York State’s salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $125,000.00 - $130,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
