The Opportunity:

Join our team as the Senior Retail Manager for Spa & Boutique a pivotal leadership role where you’ll drive innovation and growth across multiple luxury spa and retail locations. In this high-impact position, you’ll shape strategy, steer revenue growth, and inspire teams to deliver an extraordinary customer experience. We’re looking for someone with a passion for the luxury beauty market and a proven ability to elevate brand performance, set ambitious goals, and turn ideas into results.


What you’ll get to do:

Sales and Revenue Growth

  • Develop and launch forward-thinking sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and unlock growth potential
  • Use data-driven insights to enhance performance across key KPIs (e.g., traffic, conversion, average spend, and product performance) and apply test-and-learn approaches to refine strategies
  • Drive new growth and profitability initiatives, including launching new products and implementing upselling tactics

Team Leadership and Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor spa managers and retail staff, cultivating a high-performance culture rooted in brand excellence
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering feedback and development opportunities that inspire and elevate team potential
  • Foster a collaborative, high-energy environment that champions teamwork, excellence, and continuous improvement across all locations

Client Experience

  • Lead and shape client experience initiatives, from exclusive clienteling and personalized services to high-profile events
  • Develop customer loyalty strategies that use data insights to personalize experiences and maximize lifetime value
  • Partner with spa managers to identify new client acquisition opportunities and create retention strategies that build enduring client relationships

New and Existing Business Development

  • Act as a brand ambassador, building strong relationships with local clientele and enhancing brand presence through community engagement, partnerships, and exclusive events
  • Ensure brand image and positioning are consistently represented across all locations, maintaining exceptional standards in visual merchandising, promotions, and client interactions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute regional campaigns and events that resonate within the luxury market

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

  • Cultivate a culture of innovation, inspiring teams to explore fresh ideas and approaches that enhance the client experience and streamline operations
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate best practices to reinforce the brand's leadership position in the luxury market


We’d love to meet you if you have:

  • 8 years in retail management with expertise in multi-unit leadership across diverse markets
  • Proven project management experience with a track record of successful partnerships
  • A sharp creative eye, with exceptional attention to detail and a strong commercial sense.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to travel between each Spa & Boutique located in NYC, Miami, Dallas, and LA
  • Passion and experience in the luxury retail and beauty space, with a collaborative mindset and experience managing global relationships
  • A forward-looking understanding of retail trends and best practices, coupled with a commitment to continuous improvement


As required by New York State’s salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $130,000.00 - $140,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure. In addition to the base salary, PUIG offers a competitive benefits package that includes health and dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401K, paid holidays, a generous paid time-off policy, hybrid work environment, and career opportunities within a dynamic team.
