- Lead the sell-in and sell out wholesale strategy, developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share across wholesale and retail channels
- Oversee sell-in strategies to key accounts, ensuring optimal product placement and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives
- Monitor and analyze sell-out performance to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue potential
- Implement strong plans to constantly accelerate productivity per doors
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts, brand positioning, and promotional strategiesRetail Management

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; preferred
- 15 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing wholesale and retail channels
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a consumer-driven industry, preferably beauty, fashion, or luxury goods
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including brick and mortar store management and customer experience
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
