At Pulakos Chocolates, we’ve been handcrafting delicious chocolate and candies in Erie, PA, for 122 years—and we’re looking for someone sweet to join our team! We are opening a new store on Erie's West side - a hub of irresistible treats, and we need a dynamic Retail Sales/Product Associate who shares our passion for great customer service and high-quality products.
Position: Retail Sales Clerk/Product Associate
Permanent Part Time - 20-30 hrs a week
Store Shift Hours: Monday - Saturday (9:30am-6:15pm) & Sundays 11:30am-5:15pm
Must be available weekends & some holidays.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing outstanding customer service by assisting customers with candy case selections and answering any questions about our handcrafted products.
- Sharing your knowledge of our chocolates and candies to help customers find the perfect treat.
- Stocking shelves and cases to keep the store looking inviting and organized.
- Processing payments efficiently while maintaining a positive and friendly atmosphere.
- Assisting with product packaging and labeling, ensuring everything looks as good as it tastes.
- Helping with end-of-day duties, including closing out the drawer and finalizing sales.
- Contributing to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
