Job Overview
Pulama Lanai seeks an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join its Facilities Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Chief Engineer and Assistant Manager of Facilities Maintenance, including tracking and distributing workorders, communicating with tenants and departments, and preparing reports and letters.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in office clerical work and be proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to relate to people in a friendly and professional manner.

This is a temporary position that requires the ability to follow established procedures and maintain reliable work attendance. The selected candidate will be required to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.

The physical demands of this job include sitting, talking, and hearing regularly, as well as occasional standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distant vision, and color vision.
