The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-site planning and execution of construction projects for Lanai Builders, coordinating field crews and subcontractors for successful delivery of projects relative to schedule, budget, and quality.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Project Managers and field foremen while providing supervision over hourly union employees and project subcontractors.
- Establish construction means and methods for self-performing trades on all projects.
- Provide leadership and establish harmonious working relationships with the on-site staff and workers.
- Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of each Subcontract, contract drawings, specifications, and addenda.
