Job Description
Under direction from Manager, Supervisor, or Lead Landscape Worker, the individual will operate all equipment and hand tools; perform work on PVC irrigation systems; and conduct various Landscaping functions. They will be responsible for operating all landscape equipment, tools, and machines as required in a safe and appropriate manner.

The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Regularly lifts and/or moves up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds (with assistance).

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor for Landscaping functions in assigned areas.
- Assist in maintaining organized, clean, and orderly landscape materials while ensuring proper operation for ongoing Landscaping activities.
- Assist with inventory management for Landscaping projects, including watering, weeding, and organizing landscape materials.
- Measure and apply fertilizers and amendments to soils and plants with assistance from Plant Health Technician.
- Maintain professional appearance and operation of uniform, tools, and equipment assigned for Landscaping activities.
Qualifications:
- Mid-upper level position with 3-5 years of experience in the landscape industry.
- Required to follow all safety standards for a landscape operation.
- Requires relating to people in a friendly and professional manner.
- Requires working to established procedures and maintaining reliable work attendance.
- Requires good verbal communication skills.
- Able to think and make effective decisions quickly.
- Ability to create effective working relationships with employees.
