Job Overview

The Office Assistant plays a vital role in the Facilities Maintenance Department, supporting various operations activities. This temporary position involves performing a range of clerical duties, including typing, filing, answering phones, faxing, data entry, and distributing mail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Distribute and track workorders to completion, ensuring the workorder system remains up-to-date.
  • Communicate with tenants or departments to schedule workorders and projects.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions for office supplies and equipment.
  • Process invoices from vendors and internal entities.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in office clerical work, preferred.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
