The Building Superintendent will be responsible for leading our on-site operations and ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects. As a key member of the Lanai Builders team, you will be responsible for managing project schedules and budgets, coordinating field crews and subcontractors, and ensuring quality completion of construction work.

Essential Duties:
- Work closely with Project Managers and field foremen while providing supervision over hourly union employees and project subcontractors.
- Establish construction means and methods for self-performing trades on all projects.
- Provide leadership and establish harmonious working relationships with the on-site staff and workers.
- Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of each Subcontract, contract drawings, specifications, and addenda.
