Provides professional care, under the direct supervision of the Health Care Provider (HCP), for the patients receiving treatments and examinations in the office following established nursing standards and practices. Administrative duties may include scheduling appointments and procedures, maintaining medical records, and securing intake information for patients. Clinical duties may include patient triage, taking and recording vital signs, medical histories, medication reconciliation, preparing patients for examination, assisting with procedures, point of care testing, venipuncture, and administering medications as directed by HCP. To assist with all clinic locations as applicable. Requirements: College graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current LPN License.
