𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄/𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆

We are seeking an experienced BLE/RF System Designer to lead the design, development, and integration of advanced Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and Radio Frequency (RF) communication systems for medical devices. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the systems are high-performing, reliable, and compliant with medical standards.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• System Design and Development: Lead the design of BLE and RF systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Integration and Testing: Oversee the integration of BLE and RF subsystems into medical devices, including conducting system-level testing.
• Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship to junior engineers and foster an innovative work environment.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize system performance, addressing RF interference, signal integrity, and power consumption issues.
• Documentation: Prepare system architecture and design documentation, including block diagrams and interface specifications.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure designs comply with industry standards and medical regulations, including FDA and ISO standards.
  
  

𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

• Location: Must be located within commuting distance of Arden Hills, MN, or willing to relocate.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of systems engineering experience, with at least 3 years in BLE/RF technologies.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in RF design, BLE protocols, signal processing, and medical device development.
• Tools and Software: Experience with RF simulation tools, embedded programming languages, and medical device development tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
  
  

𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 (𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲)

• Experience with IoT devices and applications.
• Knowledge of other wireless protocols such as Wi-Fi and Zigbee.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for wireless medical devices (e.g., IEEE 11073, ISO 13485, FDA guidelines).
