Job Overview/Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mental Health Therapist located in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho, NM. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for delivering comprehensive mental health services including treatment planning, social work support, case management, and family therapy. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide case management and coordination of care
Deliver therapeutic services including family therapy and mental health support
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Document services in compliance with regulatory and agency standards

Experience working in community-based settings
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field

Consideration also given to Master's level Internship placement
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team setting and with diverse populations
