This role is responsible for ensuring safety, schedule delivery, quality control, and budget adherence while providing field construction oversight. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MEP systems, experience in subcontractor management, and a background in large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects.

This role is responsible for ensuring safety, schedule delivery, quality control, and budget adherence while providing field construction oversight. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MEP systems, experience in subcontractor management, and a background in large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead 3D modeling/coordination processes for MEP systems.
- Assist in the development of detailed schedules for MEP activities.
- Manage performance of MEP trade partners to ensure compliance with project scope, budget, and timeline.
- Oversee QA/QC processes for MEP systems, from installation through commissioning and start-up.
- Review MEP materials and equipment before installation to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Manage the material procurement process for MEP activities.
- Assist the superintendent in the overall project plan as it relates to MEP coordination.
- Coordinate work with subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project scope, specifications, and quality standards.
- Extensive knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MEP codes as they relate to construction projects.
- Well-rounded construction management experience across disciplines.
- Previous experience managing MEP subcontractors and contracts.
- Experience working with high-rise, industrial, retail, and entertainment projects.
- Familiarity with federal and military construction standards.
- Experience with gaming, hospitality, and mixed-use development projects.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP coordination.
- Previous experience as a Project Manager (PM), Quality Control (QC) Manager, or MEP Superintendent on projects $20M .
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
