The successful candidate will be responsible for developing assembly fixtures, coordinating with manufacturing engineers, gathering inputs and requirements, retrieving device and manufacturing data necessary for fixture design, reviewing and delivering design outputs, and supporting TFIQ activities.

Job Overview/Summary
We are seeking an experienced Enginee to work onsite at our customer location. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing assembly fixtures, coordinating with manufacturing engineers, gathering inputs and requirements, retrieving device and manufacturing data necessary for fixture design, reviewing and delivering design outputs, and supporting TFIQ activities.
Responsibilities
- Design assembly fixture concepts, create concept drawings, and perform tolerance stack-up analyses.
- Develop detailed CAD models and 2D drawings of assembly fixtures, and manage their submission through the release process.
- Deliver CAD data in Creo or SolidWorks 2023 formats.
- Coordinate with manufacturing engineers to gather necessary data for fixture design, review designs, and deliver required outputs.
- Collaborate with the offshore team to ensure timely completion, review, and delivery of work.
- Support TFIQ activities, including completing qualification reports for each fixture as specified by the onsite coordinator.
- Manage project planning, schedule adherence, and ensure timely delivery of all tasks.
- Proven experience in assembly fixture development and design.
- Proficiency in CAD software, specifically Creo and SolidWorks 2023.
- Strong understanding of tolerance stack-up analysis.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively with manufacturing engineers and offshore teams.
- Ability to manage projects, adhere to schedules, and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Experience working in onsite customer environments.
- Familiarity with TFIQ activities and qualification reporting.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and device data retrieval.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
