This role involves direct patient interaction, technical proficiency in radiologic equipment, and collaboration with healthcare teams. Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays is required.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and position patients for diagnostic imaging
- Explain procedures to reduce patient anxiety and ensure cooperation
- Practice radiation protection techniques to ensure safety
- Prepare images for review by the Radiologist
- Assist with Medical Assistant duties for smooth patient flow
- Attend departmental meetings
- Complete DOT certification to perform Urine Drug Screens and Breath Alcohol Tests
- Recommend workflow/process improvements
- Work independently within established procedures
- Diagnostic imaging
- Radiation safety
- Patient care and communication
- Medical documentation and record handling
- Workflow optimization
- Experience with DOT certifications
- Familiarity with clinic administrative tasks
- Process improvement initiatives
- Associate's degree or equivalent in Radiologic Technology
- 3 years of healthcare experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Current CRT certificate
- Current CPR-BLS certification
- Current registration with ARRT or equivalent credentialing agency
