Role: Splunk Engineer
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 3-6 months C2H
Note: Those people who will work onsite in the NYC area (1 hour commute), will be given priority. You really need to emphasize this with candidates.
Looking to hire a
Sr. Engineer who has:
- Very strong Splunk experience (from a development/shell scripting perspective) (must have)
- Strong Cisco Thousand Eyes (network monitoring tool) experience, not only from a user perspective, but customization abilities as well (API scripting). (must have)
- Network management type background (must have)
This team will be receiving tech requirements from various Cisco Engineers, Site Directors, etc. throughout client and will need to implement what they are looking to accomplish within the environment.
The ideal candidate should also have a network management type background as well. They will need to know whether something will be able to properly connect/integrate with one another, along with the risks involved.
