The Role
We're looking for a Product Operations Associate to configure customer-facing workflows and manage user feedback. Ideal candidates should have a baseline of technical expertise and have a strong sense of prioritization managing several projects. This role will report to the Head of Product.
- Liaise between internal teams, work with operations and engineering to triage short term product issues and influence long term OKRs and roadmap
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback on new product initiatives to inform the Engineering and Design teams
- Monitor and escalate operational risks across product operations, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Document and train internal teams on new feature releases, communicate product updates to customers
- Use no-code tools to build customer-facing experiences and process automations
