We are seeking Laser/Fabricator operators to join our dynamic team. We will train dependable, hardworking individuals with a desire to learn. Successful candidates should have basic math skills, general mechanical knowledge and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Fabricates components utilizing various machinery such as CNC Laser, drill press, brake press, ensuring quality and accuracy in process and product.
- Document processes, maintain accurate records of materials used, and time.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specified standards.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, always adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Dependability in punctuality, attendance, work ethic, and teamwork.
- Strong desire to learn new techniques and technologies related to laser and fabrication processes.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to read and comprehend work orders, follow specifications and documentation procedures.
- General math skills are required.
- Ability to measure accurately to the fraction and decimal.
- Ability to understand machining processes and operate machinery safely and independently.
- Ability to bend and lift repetitively.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics a plus.
- Experience in laser or fabrication a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
