Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe, PLLC's seeks associate attorneys with two or more years experience to work in its Charleston, West Virginia office. PFFB&P has offices throughout West Virginia and its clients include national corporations and insurers as well as state and local governmental entities. The successful candidates will work on cases that include insurance defense and civil rights litigation defense as well as governmental and municipal law. One position will also work in employment law and education law. The firm offers its associates an employee crafted bonus structure, a collaborative working environment, and opportunities for advancement in a collaborative environment. The position will include researching and drafting legal motions, evaluating liability exposure and preparing reporting, conducting depositions and attending hearings. Two years of experience is preferred and a license to practice in West Virginia is required. Salary is commensurate with experience.
