Responsibilities
- Process and manage medical billing and collections for pulmonary medicine services.
- Ensure accurate coding using ICD-10 guidelines for optimal reimbursement.
- Review and resolve discrepancies in medical records and billing statements.
- Communicate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary documentation for claims processing.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology and coding practices.

Qualifications

- Familiarity with medical collection processes and regulations.

- Effective communication skills for interaction with clients and healthcare providers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with medical office operations is a plus.
- Must be familiar with Medicare & Medicaid CMS guidelines
- Knowledge of E-Clinical Works software is a plus
