Senior Manager, Marketing Communications

Responsibilities and Capabilities:

Strategic Communication Development

  • Design and implement HCP-focused communication strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
  • Create clear, impactful messaging tailored to physicians and HCPs, emphasizing the clinical benefits, efficacy, and safety of our medical devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, regulatory, and clinical affairs, to ensure all communications are accurate, compliant, and aligned with corporate objectives.

Campaign Execution and Performance

  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns for HCPs, including digital, web, print, and event-based initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitive activities, and evolving HCP needs to inform communication strategies.

Content Creation and Management

  • Develop a range of communication materials, including brochures, email campaigns, website copy, digital, & social assets, presentations, white papers, and case studies.
  • Oversee the creation of physician-facing educational resources, such as webinars, patient diagnostic tools, and training materials.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with sales teams to ensure alignment on communication priorities and provide them with tools to effectively engage HCPs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the launch of new products and campaigns, ensuring physicians and HCPs are informed and engaged.

Skills and Competencies

  • Deep understanding of the healthcare environment and HCP communications, including physician workflows, clinical decision-making, and legal and regulatory reviews.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex medical information into clear, engaging messages.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, email marketing, and analytics software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Marketing Communications or related
  • At least 6 years in planning and executing successful HCP marketing. Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry experience is required.
  • Proven experience in multichannel messaging and communications with implementation in website, digital, email, social and paid media.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in project management and compliance software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation: Base salary of $155,000 - $175,000
