Position Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our creative team. This is a part-time, on-site position, 20-24 hours a week minimum. The range for this role is $20-22 per hour depending on experience, skills, and education.
Job Responsibilities:
Process invoices efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely payments and proper record-keeping.
Maintain the PO tracker, updating it regularly and sharing with the team on a monthly basis.
Handle sample requests and coordinate sample shipments for the marketing team and agency needs, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the process.
Assist in marketing events, including occasional weekends (TBD), to support product promotion and customer engagement.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, such as scheduling meetings and organizing electronic files.
Assist with the creation of promotional goods, including coordinating with vendors, reviewing samples, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Update and maintain databases for customer and vendor contacts.
Adapt to evolving tasks as team needs change over time.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
Interest in marketing and willingness to learn.
